Dear customers, all products delivered are subject to a delivery fee based on 1.25 per KM'S to and from the Venue. There is a set delivery fee of $50 for the town of Cochrane. Which will always be included in the quote we send to you and must be paid 6 weeks prior to the event.

Setup & Take down 

Dear clients, if you require set up or take down for your event we charge a rate of $30 per hour per staff member on site. For example, if an event has only a small window of time, 3 hours or less for setup, we will require 3 + florists on staff for that event. If there is more than 3 hours available for setup we will require less staff.

Payment Method

At time of booking, we require a 25% non-refundable retainer at time of booking, this will ensure your event date is secure. Please note that we require final payment 6 weeks prior to your event date. Products will not be ordered until final payment is received. 

We accept the following payment methods, E-transfers, Paypal, Visa & Mastercard using Wave Invoicing. Please let us know which payment method works best for you. Please note that all personal information is protected and secure.
